1. Defendant B’s KRW 28,081,701 as well as the Plaintiff’s 5% per annum from January 9, 2021 to February 16, 2021, and the following.

1. The following facts are either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-1, 2, 2-3, 4, 5, and 6.

A. D A. On February 12, 2020, died (hereinafter “C”) on the part of the deceased, and the division of E, his spouse, the Plaintiff A, the Defendant C(M), the F(F) and the Defendant B.

B. The ownership transfer, etc. was completed on February 28, 1980 on the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “real estate No. 1 of this case,” and as the sequence, on December 10, 1970 on the real estate No. 1 of this case as to the real estate No. 1 of this case, on the ground of sale by the deceased on December 10, 1970. However, as to the real estate No. 2 of this case, which is the above ground building, the registration of ownership preservation was completed on January 9, 2020, and on the same day, the ownership of the real estate No. 1 and 2 of this case was changed under the name of the defendant B on the ground of donation by the deceased on January 6, 2020.

On December 19, 1970, the registration for the preservation of the ownership was completed in the name of the deceased on December 19, 1970, but the deceased was partially transferred to G, and the deceased purchased the real estate again. On July 23, 2013, the ownership was transferred in the name of the Defendant B prior to the transfer on July 30, 2013.

On April 6, 1957, the ownership was transferred to J on April 6, 197 with respect to H forests and fields H 74281 square meters (hereinafter “the instant H forests and fields”). Since the ownership was transferred in the name of the deceased and I on April 6, 1957, I shared the instant H forests and fields by Defendant B and J on July 23, 2013 with respect to the net share of the deceased (the instant H forests and fields, 1/2 shares, and 4 shares), on the ground of donation by the deceased on July 23, 2013.

E. The deceased on August 31, 1981, on the land of this case, with respect to the land of this case, the land of this case, "K" located in Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun (hereinafter "the land of this case"), one of which was purchased and sold on February 10, 1973.
