1. The defendant shall pay 54,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 30, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: With respect to the limit [the sum of KRW 7,65 million received by the Defendant after joining the number limit operated by the Plaintiff on August 15, 2012 (i.e., the sum of KRW 7,65 million (i.e., KRW 2,50,000,000, KRW 2,5250,000 No. 4, Sept. 2, 2012; KRW 2,525,00,000, KRW 2,6258, March 15, 2013)] paid by the Defendant, the sum of the deposit amounts from April 15, 2013 to September 15, 2014 (i.e., the sum of KRW 375,50,000) minus the deposit amount of KRW 16,00,000 from the deposit amount of KRW 1,50,000,00).
