1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. D filed an application for voluntary auction on the G land, H land, I land, and J land (hereinafter referred to as “real estate”) in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, E, the District Court of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul-do, the location of which is three-distance, Gyeonggi-do, and its lot number). On June 25, 2009, D received a decision to commence voluntary auction from the above court.

B. On August 28, 2009, F entered into a sales contract with Defendant B to sell each of the above lands of G, H, I, and J amounting to KRW 330 million to the Defendant. As a matter of a special agreement, F entered into an agreement with the effect that “F shall change the graves scattered on each of the above lands within six months after the contract was concluded, and the balance of the sale and purchase shall be received after the completion of this Chapter, and the cost of this Chapter shall be borne by F.” On the ground of J land, the Plaintiff’s parents were installed.

C. On September 10, 2009, F prepared and delivered the following advisory agreements (hereinafter “instant agreement”) to the Plaintiff.

The daily amount of a recommendation agreement: the sum of KRW 40,00,000 ( KRW 40,000) shall be paid as compensation at any time if the person who is entitled to registration of land, the defendant B, and the land who is awarded a contract by auction, expresses his intention to transfer the cemetery according to the intention of the person A.

D. Since then, as the application for voluntary auction was withdrawn on September 29, 2009, the registration of the order to commence voluntary auction was cancelled on October 5, 2009, and F was terminated on December 22, 2012 under the name of O and P, a child of the deceased F (hereinafter “the deceased”) on December 20, 2012, while the registration of the order to commence voluntary auction was not completed on December 20, 2012.
