The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and did not err by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence beyond the bounds of logical and empirical rules, or omitting necessary judgment, without exhaust all necessary deliberations.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
