Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2014, at around 01:15, the Defendant damaged the direction unit of the driver’s seat of the DST5 car parked by the victim C in the Jambadong apartment parking lot located in 527, the Jambae-si Corporation in Busan, Busan, to the extent that the amount equivalent to KRW 1,064,728 is 1,000,000,000,000.
