The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 28, 2014, around 22:40, the Defendant: (a) stopped the said village bus on the front of the Goyang apartment apartment located 113-37, Goyang-gu, Yangyang-gu; (b) on the ground that the victim C (the age of 56) who was driving the village bus was not the Defendant, and used the said village bus at one time by gathering the hand with the window of the bus driver’s seat; and (c) assaulting the victim’s face at one time.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. According to the victim's legal statement, it is determined that the victim has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant.

(c) Dismissal of public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
