Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. in the Assistance to the Chungcheong District Court on January 29, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 17, 2013. [2] The Defendants, from January 26, 2010 to April 25, 2010, installed 40 game machine for “Seaeain (Sea9)”, which is a speculative machine, from “D Game Chapter 2” on the 2nd floor of Chungcheongnam-gun C2, the Defendants started the game by automatically inserting the boom (1,000 won, 5,000 won, 10,000 won, 10,000 won, 10,000 won) into the said game machine, and then purchased the said plastic game to get customers to receive free gifts from 5,000 won, and then get them to receive free gifts from 0,000 won, 5,000 won.
