1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bus vehicle B No. 103.

On November 18, 2014, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 06:34, and driving the front road of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent C located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu along the three-lanes in the direction of the death distance of the road hospital in the direction of the south Dong Police Station in the direction of the distance of the road station.

The location is where traffic signal apparatus is installed and traffic control is carried out, and the crosswalk is installed, so the person engaged in driving service has the duty of care to safely drive the vehicle in order to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the vehicle, such as complying with the signal, checking the existence of the person driving the vehicle by temporarily stopping in front of the crosswalk, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the vehicle signal even though it was a stop signal, and the Defendant’s negligence caused the parts of the victim E (the 55-year old age) who dried the crosswalk installed on the mast road to the right side of the vehicle of the Defendant, depending on the pedestrian signal.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in the shoulderline that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
