Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On February 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on September 9, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim D’s house located in Switzerland-si around 19:00 on September 14, 2016, and stolen the victim’s driver’s license, resident registration certificate, agricultural credit card, etc., with one locking in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,00 in the market value.

In addition, from around that time to October 15, 2016, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 3,706,000 in total on nine occasions, such as the content indicated in the List of Offenses (1).

2. On September 10, 2016, around 20:30 on September 10, 2016, the Defendant ordered the Yangju-ju as if the Defendant would normally pay the alcohol value to the victim at the “G” entertainment station operated by the victim F in Chuncheon-si.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking value because he did not possess cash or credit card at the time.

The defendant deceivings the victim as such, and i.e., the victim from the victim, i.e., the victim, who was provided with the information about the market price of 790,000.

In addition, from around that time to October 17, 2016, the Defendant acquired the total amount of KRW 7,597,000 through 23 times, such as the previous list of crimes (2).

3. On September 10, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased tobacco and drinking water equivalent to KRW 9,700,00 from the Maart of the victim I’s operation of Chuncheon-si H; (b) presented it as if there was a legitimate right to use the said BC card under the name of Korea, as provided in paragraph (8); and (c) signed the sales slips prepared with the said credit card and issued them, thereby deceiving the victims; and (d) received tobacco and drinking water from the victims.
