【Criminal Facts】

1. From October 27, 2018 to October 19, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the church restaurant restaurant by the entrance that was not set set up between 19:00 to 19:53, which was located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu B, and the victim D, who was the believers of the said church, was located in the room located in the cafeteria between the said church and the said church for cleaning, and stolen the cellular phone owned by the victim, cosmetics, and the amount of the unregistered cash.

2. On March 11, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of March 11, 2019, between around 20:00 and around 20:30, and between around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) went to a church through the entrance of the first floor warehouse where the victim F, in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, was working as a pastor and did not lock the church; (b) thereby damaging the lock-gu lock-up system owned by the victim and checking the inside of the Hun-Ba by the Defendant, which was around the region where he was in order to steals money, and was in a second floor of the church. As a result, the suspect attempted to steal the victim's property by intrusioning the structure at night, but did not bring about such intent, and damaged the victim's property.

3. The first floor in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, between around March 14, 2019 and around 21:35, the Defendant committed on March 14, 2019.
