A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in the Changwon District Court for obstruction of the performance of official duties, injury, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on December 19, 201.

1. On December 14, 2006, the Defendant has been sentenced to imprisonment for four months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court of Changwon on January 17, 2008; imprisonment for eight months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court of Changwon on January 17, 2008; and imprisonment for four months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court of Changwon on July 17, 2009.

On June 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on the ground that the victim E (the 50-year-old-old-old-gun), who was a female living together (the 50-year-old-old-year-old-old-gun), was living together in order to take an examination on the Defendant’s family members; (b) the Defendant was able to take care of the victim’s face and head, and had him/her undergo an examination on the Defendant’s family members.

At around 23:50 on June 10, 2012, the Defendant voluntarily moved to the F District Unit of the Gosung Police Station, which was located in the Gosung Military I, with the background G belonging to the Gosung Police Station F District Department, and the Assistant H, who was working on the site after receiving a report of 112 that there was an assault case, such as the above paragraph (2).

The Defendant confirmed the damage situation in order to process the instant case at the F District Office of the above Godong Police Station, and taken photographs of the upper part and teared body of the above E, and explained the reason, and requested twice the above G’s hand on the ground that the above G was bad, and demanded the above G to stop it from and refrain from the disturbance, and again, the above G faces the face.
