Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On June 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.129% during blood at around 00:10 on June 30, 2020, and led the Defendant to drive the said car at the same time as the 0.129%, along with one-lane distance from the edge of robot C in the direction of the middle distance.

At this point, there is an intersection, where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, and since other vehicles were stopped in the opposite lane as a signal signal signal, there was a duty of care to make a person engaged in driving the vehicle thoroughly and to safely drive the vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so, and was in the front part of the victim D(31 ) who was in the atmosphere of signaling at the center line of the yellow-ray, and was in front of the left-hand part of the ESpo-type car operated by the Defendant, the Defendant was in front of the left-hand part of the ESna-ray.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, due to such occupational negligence.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the above B rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.129% in the 2km section from the blood alcohol level to the front road of the decentralization-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
