A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on June 13, 2013, the victim E, and “D,” a place of business operated by the Defendant; and (b) on this part, the scrap metal was accumulated in an amount equivalent to KRW 80,000,000 in rice; (c) later, the Defendant borrowed the purchase price so that a plan to repay for the scrap metal would be added when the scrap metal fell.

However, the Defendant did not operate D, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, the Defendant intended to consume the borrowed money to the Defendant F, not to pay the borrowed money, but to lend the money to the Defendant F, and the Defendant did not have any property and there was no way to pay the money to the Defendant.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, deposited KRW 10 million with the Defendant’s KB Account (G) around June 13, 2013, and deposited KRW 14 million with the same account around June 14, 2013.

2. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) lent money to the victim’s house located in Macheon-si, H apartment 209 Do 1403 at the victim’s house to secure the vehicle; and (b) lent KRW 800,000,00,000 to the said money, the Defendant used it to take off the vehicle to the said money; and (c) made a false statement to the victim that he would make payment after

However, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, the Defendant did not use the money to secure the vehicle through F, but intended to consume the borrowed money to F, such as lending the money, and there was no property so that F does not have any way to repay the money to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 8 million from the victim to the above account of the Defendant. On July 19, 2013, by deceiving the victim from the above victim’s office in the above manner as above, and thereby deceiving the victim from the victim.
