A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant purchased Category C dump trucks under the name of “Ei-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-i-ii-i-i-i-ii-i-i-ii-i-i-ii-i-ii-i-ii-i-ii-i-ii-ii-i-i-ii-ii-i-ii-i-ii-i-ii-i-ii-i-i-ii-i-i-i-ii-i-i-ii-i-ii-i-i-ii-i-i-i-ii-i

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant and D sold the dump truck to the bond company to use it for the repayment of living expenses or credit card payment obligations.

Accordingly, on February 2014, the defendant received 25,000,000 won from his name-free bonds company at the defendant's house located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and gave the above dump truck to the defendant's house.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with D to conceal D's objects which are the object of the victim's right, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of right.

2. On May 30, 2013, the Defendant, along with his father G, purchased Fump trucks in the name of G from the staff of the “Skmania” vehicle retail shop in the Southern-si, Namyang-si, and received a loan of KRW 189,250,000 from the victim Arith Capital Co., Ltd., and created a mortgage on the said dump trucks, which are owned by G as collateral, around June 5, 2013.

On May 2014, the Defendant and G sold dump trucks to bond holders to use them for the repayment of living expenses or credit card payments.

Accordingly, on May 2014, the Defendant received 38,000,000 won from his name-free bonds company at around the defendant's house located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and transferred the said dump truck.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with G to conceal G goods which are the object of the victim's right, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of right.
