1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s real estate lease contract (No. 1) states the Plaintiff and D as a joint lessee, and the Plaintiff and D jointly filed the instant lawsuit on the third day for pleading of the first instance trial. However, since both the Plaintiff and the Defendant were the lessee, there is no dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff is the lessee. On July 10, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a lease contract with the Defendant, using the lease deposit amount of KRW 17,00,000 won and KRW 1,7,000,000,000,000 won and KRW 146,000,000,000,000 won for rent, from August 14, 2010 to August 13, 2012 (hereinafter “the lease contract”). The lease contract was concluded between the Defendant and the Defendant with each of the following: (a) on July 10, 2010, and (b) the lease contract was concluded with each of the instant KRW 37,001,700,00,00,00.

B. As the Plaintiff delayed the payment of rent under the instant lease agreement, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Seoul East Eastern District Court 2012Gadan8667, and on May 2, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant “1. The Defendant (the Defendant of the instant case)” confirmed that the lease contract between the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the Defendant on July 10, 2010 entered into between the Plaintiff, the Defendant, and the Defendant on the instant real estate shall remain effective, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant shall change the term of the existing lease into KRW 1310,00 (excluding value-added tax) from April 15, 2012 to May 15, 2014.

2. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) pay 1,1680,000 won for rent in arrears until June 15, 2012;

(b) From April 15, 2012, 1310,000 won (excluding value-added tax) monthly changed.
