Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on June 7, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA strawing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.138% at a distance of about 100 meters from the 100m to the Yacheon-si B restaurant in Macheon-si.

2. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

The Defendant operated the said rocketing car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as stated in Paragraph 1.
