Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased waste milk in the G, Kimhae-si, the Busan-si, with the trade name of “C,” and conducted interim recycling business by refining it after refining it.

1. Where a person who has obtained a license for a waste treatment business has increased vehicles for transport among licensed matters, he/she shall obtain the license for change;

On September 11, 2015, the Defendant transported waste oil equivalent to 7,200 liters from waste storage facilities located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, to C business places located in Kim Sea-si B, a recycling factory, without obtaining an additional permission for the change of the number of vehicles from waste storage facilities located in 3.5 tons.

2. A person who discharges, collects, transports, recycles, or disposes of industrial wastes prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment shall enter matters concerning the delivery and receipt of wastes on the electronic information processing program whenever he/she discharges, collects, transports, recycles, or disposes of such wastes, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment

On January 8, 2013, the Defendant collected in order to recycle 28,040 liters of waste edible milk in Busan, from that time to September 22, 2015, and processed 2,656,50 liters throughout 94 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and did not enter it in an electronic data processing program.
