A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On or around April 6, 2012, the Defendant is entitled to receive at least 30 million won deposit at the end of March, 2012, at the C week where he operated by the Defendant at Kimhae-si (hereinafter “E company”). The Defendant would be repaid with the money borrowed prior to May 30, 201, along with the money borrowed. I will receive the money from the pre-paid household to work for Hyundai Capital.”
However, even if the deposit is borrowed as security, the intent of the victim to pay the money borrowed from the victim.
