Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a B K5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 1.5 km from the two occinal dynamics located in the same dub in the same Gu, in the condition of alcohol content of 0.255% in blood, around 02:0.
