A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was an employee from the "E pharmacy" operated by the victim D in Suwon-gu, Busan to the end of June 2003 to February 2014.
The Defendant was aware that the Defendant, while arranging daily sales of the victim, included about 50 to 80 of 0,000 won, about 200 of 0,000 won, 200 of 0,000 won, 200 of 0,000 won, and 200 of 0,000 won, respectively, in order to provide the customers who have purchased approximately the next day with the remaining money.
The Defendant, in addition to the victim, had two other pharmacists of the above pharmacy who work at the morning and female employees work first before his work at the morning, and had the Defendant mind to steal cash that the victim puts in the above Kabter's calculation team.
On January 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the above pharmacy, at around 08:33, all CCTVs that take the inside of the pharmacy after other employees worked at the first time before the other employees worked at the pharmacy; (b) opened the said camera calculation unit; (c) removed cash of KRW 284,000, such as 00,000 in the said pharmacy; and (d) stored in the pharmaceutical bag used at the said pharmacy; and (c) stored in the pharmaceutical bag the amount of KRW 12,00,000, total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,000, such as eM 3 points in the pharmaceutical e-M at the market price of KRW 2,00,000 in the above pharmacy; and (d) concealed the pharmaceutical bags containing cash and the plastic bags containing medicine in the front of the pharmacy.
As indicated in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant stolen a total of KRW 289,180,50,000 in cash amounting to KRW 1,360 from February 21, 2009 to February 20, 2014, and KRW 289,029,00 in cash amounting to KRW 151,50 in the market price of KRW 21,50 in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
