Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are joint representative directors of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “F”) established for the purpose of consultation, development, etc. of software.

1. However, the Defendants already developed a program to analyze the world sports before the instant case.

In light of the fact that there is no special property, the Defendants had no intention or ability to use it for public relations purposes and recruit paid members, even if they received the investment money from the damaged person, to return three times the investment money from June 2016 to June 201, which is about four months after the time of investment.

As a result, the Defendants conspired in collusion with the victim by deceiving him/her by such a method and deceiving him/her from the victim for the purpose of making investments, ① KRW 10 million on January 28, 2016, ② KRW 6 million on February 4, 2016, ③ KRW 5 million on February 5, 2016.
