A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000,000 and by a fine of KRW 4 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

B A person who acts as a broker for a patient or a beneficiary of a medical care in a convalescent hospital or a medical care center, and the defendant A shall be the director of the D Medical Care Center.
1. A person who violates the Medical Service Act (Defendant B) shall not introduce, arrange, or induce patients to medical institutions or medical persons for profit, and shall not instigate such act;

B around September 10, 2013, after reporting the advertising site of “medical care(s)” installed by the Defendant in the F convalescent Hospital E, the F convalescent Hospital E, proposed the non-name patient’s family members, benefits from expenses, etc., and introduced them to G, which is the chief of the department in charge of the F convalescent Hospital, and received 600,000 won from G for the purpose of introduction, etc. from around that time to June 19, 2014, and introduced 25 patients to the six convalescent hospitals by the same method as described in the attached Table (1) through (6), and introduced the patient to the medical institution for profit by receiving 9,250,000 won in total for the purpose of introduction.
2. No person shall introduce, arrange, or induce a beneficiary to a long-term care institution, or instigate such act, by offering or promising to offer money, goods, labor, entertainment, or any other benefit, for profit;

Defendant B committed the crime of Defendant B, around February 27, 2014, by reporting the advertising site of “Medical Care (Medical Care) sources” installed by the Defendant at the International Medical Care Center located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Incheon, to suggest the family members of J recipients who called the subway, etc., benefits from expenses, etc., and introducing them to K, who is the head of the I Medical Care Center, and receiving 300,000 won from K as the introduction expenses, etc.
6. By October, 100, as described in the Schedule of Crimes (7) through (12) above, 15 beneficiaries are introduced to six medical care institutions in the above manner, and received a total of KRW 4,900,000 in terms of introduction expenses, and received recipients for profit-making purposes.
