Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Daejeon District Court on August 1, 2011 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the said summary order on August 19, 201, which became final and conclusive on August 19, 201. On September 10, 2012, the Daejeon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million on the grounds of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and on October 25, 2012, the said summary order became final and conclusive.

On March 20, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant driven 125 Obama, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at approximately 600 meters away from the section of approximately 600 meters, to the front road of the Kitter General Social Welfare Center located in the same Dong-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon, to the roads in front of the Kitter General Social Welfare Center, with blood alcohol concentration of 0.184%.
