1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for five months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on December 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault, such as a police officer B and C, who was sent to the site upon receiving a report of 112, to prevent customers from using a cash withdrawal machine under the influence of alcohol at the center of the city of 346 Busan, the lower court:20 on December 31, 2016; and (b) committed an assault, such as a quihh with a quih to the right side of B, who would be bread with a breath, and a quihh to the police identification card, who was sent to the site upon receiving a report of 112, in order to prevent customers from using a cash withdrawal machine without any justifiable reason before entering and leaving the port at the center of 346 Busan, the Defendant:346 Busan, the Defendant committed an assault by her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with police officers' performance of duties concerning the handling of reported cases and the maintenance of order.
