Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2017, at around 12:39, the Defendant:12:59 on the same day, loaded 100 room fump trees (4 meters in length) equivalent to 350,000 won at the market price of the victim C loaded at the entrance of the house located in Pyeongtaek-gun B of Gyeonggi-gun, the same day, and stolen them.
