A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated that “Around July 2012, 2012, the Defendant would pay a high interest on bonds and pay money to the Defendant within 2-3 months on the following grounds: (b) the Defendant: (c) the Defendant provided that “Around July 2012, the Defendant would pay the Defendant 10 percent interest on bonds with the interest rate of 5% per annum; and (d) the Defendant would pay money to the Defendant at any time if he/she borrowed money with the interest rate of 10% per annum; and (e) the Defendant would pay the money to the Defendant with the interest rate of 10% per month if he/she requests reimbursement from any other party.”

In fact, even if the defendant borrowed 1.5 million won from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to repay this money.

On July 22, 2012, the Defendant was issued 1.5 million won in cash from the Defendant’s home of the 2nd and second floor Defendant who believed that the Defendant’s horses were true.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered 1.5 million won from the victim by deceiving the victim.

2. Around March 10, 2012, the Defendant: “Around March 10, 2012, the victim is in Seoul, and the victim by telephone (“G”) lent 500,000 won to the 500,000 won (hereinafter “G”) that he/she guaranteed that he/she is a person with the promise of 500,000 won and that he/she is a person with the promise of G.” The Defendant would pay the money within one month. The money would have to be deposited into H Dong account.”

In fact, even if the defendant borrows 500,000 won from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to repay this money.

On March 10, 2012, the Defendant, who believed the Defendant’s horses, received KRW 500,000 from the victim who believed the Defendant’s horses, to the H bank account from the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Military Automatic subway Station history event.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered 50,000 won from the victim by deceiving the victim.
