Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2018, at around 07:50 on January 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the disturbance of the Defendant, such as taking the front seal of the entrance in front of the Defendant’s house B apartment C victim D’s house, and opening the front door, and (b) assaulted the victim by putting the her flap with her hand over 2 to 3 times by taking the her flag, “I am this flag, glag, and glag.”
