1. The defendant's list Nos. 1, 18 through 31, 41 through 52, 65 through 81, 102 through 114, 131 through 142, among the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Korea National Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant”) was merged with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009 and became a “Defendant”; hereinafter “Defendant”) has obtained approval from the Gyeongnam-do Governor on July 31, 1995 of the Housing Site Development Plan for the B Il-si, Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and obtained approval of the said project plan for the construction of public rental housing in the same period around that time.
B. On December 28, 1996, the Defendant constructed the Da apartment 503 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and announced the first tenant invitation on December 28, 1996, and around April 199, the Defendant leased the Plaintiffs, other than the Plaintiffs listed in the table Nos. 1, 32, 77, 140, 173, and 199, to E, F, G, H, I, and J for five years, and converted the sale of the apartment to a public rental house on June 204.
C. Accordingly, from June 2004, with respect to the apartment units listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 32, 77, 140, 173, and 199, the remaining plaintiffs and E, F, G, H, I, I, and J entered into a contract with the defendant for the purchase of each corresponding amount of money stated in the separate sheet No. 1, E, G, H, I, and J from June 204, within the period of the lease sale conversion (E is the No. 1, F in the separate sheet No. 32, F in the same calculation sheet No. 32, H in the same calculation sheet, in the case of G, No. 77, in the same calculation sheet No. 140, in the same calculation sheet, in the case of H, No. 173, and in the case of J in the same list No. 199).
After that, F transferred the status of the above sales contract as to No. 402 Dong 604 to Plaintiff K, G transferred the status of the above sales contract as to No. 404 Dong 306 to Plaintiff L, and H transferred the status of the above sales contract as to No. 406 Dong 306 to Plaintiff M, and I transferred the status of the above sales contract as to No. 407 Dong 304 to Plaintiff N, and the Defendant consented thereto.
Of the plaintiffs, the attached list Nos. 1 and 199 are excluded from the plaintiffs.
