1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45 million and the interest pertaining thereto from November 29, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. On October 28, 2014, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 45 million to Defendant B on the same day; and (b) Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligation against the Plaintiff on the same day; (c) thus, Defendant C claimed against the Defendants the aforementioned KRW 45 million and damages for delay.
