【2014 Highest 523 [criminal power] On November 10, 2010, the Defendant completed the execution of the said imprisonment with prison labor on May 12, 2013 at a wooden prison on the following grounds: (a) on December 27, 2012, the Gwangju High Court received ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju High Court; and (b) on December 27, 2012, the Defendant received ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju High Court.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 1, 2014, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven a Cpoter, spoke-spoke-spool, under the influence of alcohol without a car driver’s license, at a 1km section of approximately 0.080% of the blood alcohol content in front of the Culture and Arts Center located in the 102-dong, Gpool-ro, Nampo-si.

[2014 Highest 1307] On February 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju metropolitan District Court's branch on February 29, 2008, the same court on November 10, 2010, sentenced to a fine of 70,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of 10 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Gwangju High Court's Busan High Court's Branch on April 25, 2014, and completed the execution of the said imprisonment on May 12, 2013 by a person who has violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice.
