Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on April 23, 2010, the Defendant and B: (a) at the Ulsan Eastdong Police Station D police box located in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsandong-gu; (b) under the influence of alcohol on the ground that police officers did not report the loss of a bicycle to the police station, and (c) on the ground that police officers reported the loss of a bicycle to the police station, “I find out a bicycle lost within the camping, and play for the police box”; and (d) the Defendant: (c) to the Chief F of the same police box to which he belongs of the same police box, “I am away; (d) I am a coffee; (e) I am a spacl with it; and (e) I am am spacl with it in law; or (e) I am am spacl with it outside of the police station without CCTV.”

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with B to assault F who is a public official who performs approximately twenty minutes of duties as above.
