1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 788,63,30 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 14, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On February 22, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the entire nine floors of the main floor of the building D (hereinafter “instant real estate”); (b) the lease deposit amount of KRW 250,000,000 for the lease deposit; (c) monthly rent of KRW 14,00,000 for the rent of KRW 14,00 for the rent of the month; (d) monthly management fee of KRW 6,00,000 for the rent of KRW 6,00 for the rent of the month (e.g., delayed payment of KRW 25% per annum for the delayed payment of the delayed payment of the land); (c) the lease period of KRW 25% from March 1, 201 to February 29, 2016; and (d) the Plaintiff and the Defendant appropriated the rent and management fee in arrears of the Defendant on January 7, 2014 to the entire deposit amount; and (e) it is recognized that the agreement on May 21, 2016, 2013.

Therefore, as the Plaintiff seeks, the Defendant is obligated to pay the rent and management expenses in arrears from June 2014 to December 2016, 788,633,30 won, and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 14, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the following day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
