A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 8, 2018 to March 16:31, 2018, the Defendant entered toilets for the disabled of both men and women in subway 5 lines located in 19 paths, Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and cut two electric wires by hand in an amount equivalent to the total of 64,000 won at the market price installed in the turbing base. From December 2017 to March 27, 2018, the Defendant stated 2,053,000 won in the indictment totaling the market price from the subway stations and toilets in Seoul, Seoul, as shown in the list of crimes, and corrected the error by mistake.

The electric wires, etc. have been damaged by considerable amount of vision electric wires, logs, etc.
