The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff 78,000,000 won and 25% per annum from March 10, 200 to the day of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendants for a loan and food payment claim under this Court 2010 Ghana 28571.

On October 22, 2010, this Court rendered a judgment ordering the Defendants to jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 78,000,000 and the amount of delayed damages calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from March 10, 200 to the date of full payment.

This ruling was finalized on November 17, 2010.

The instant lawsuit was filed for the interruption of the statute of limitations on the claim based on this judgment.
