1. The defendant is simultaneously with the delivery of 102 square meters in part 49.58 square meters among the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached list from the plaintiff.

On January 21, 2016, the Plaintiff used the lease deposit amounting to KRW 120 million, and the lease period from February 3, 2016 to February 2, 2018, with the lease deposit amounting to KRW 102,49.58 square meters among the first floor of the real estate in the attached list from the Defendant as indicated in the attached list.

On December 18, 2017, the Defendant demanded the Plaintiff to construct the above building, and the Plaintiff sent a certificate of content that the Plaintiff would return the deposit upon the expiration of the lease term on January 29, 2018.

Therefore, the defendant is obliged to return the lease deposit amount of KRW 120 million as well as the delivery of the above building parts from the plaintiff.
