A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 30, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 23:00, in the “CPC room” located in Seo-gu in Gwangju, Gwangju, the Defendant: (b) lost money while running a game under the influence of alcohol; (c) obstructed the business of the PC by having the victim D (Nam, 51) operating the said PC; (d) “Accom with the said PC; (c) “Accom with the PC”; (d) “Accom with the PC; (d) Iccom with the PC; (e) “Iccom with the PC; (e) Iccom; (e) Iccom with the PC; (f) Iccom; (f) Iccom with the PC; (f) Iccom; and (f) “Iccom with the PC; (f) Iccom’s age; and (f) Iccom with the victim’s operation by having the PC enter the said PC by force.

2. On October 31, 2019, the Defendant, at around 01:23, suffered injury and obstruction of performance of official duties, from injury to the victim F, who was a policeman belonging to the Gwangju Western Police Station E Zone E Zone E Zone E Zone E Zone in the victim’s face at three times by drinking the Defendant’s lock, and caused injury to the victim, such as blood transfusions, divessis, and lives, which require approximately two weeks of treatment, within the consolidated criminal party office in the Gwangju Seo-gu Police Station located in 71 as a means of the regular mobilization of Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the transfer of a flagrant offender arrested by police officers, and at the same time injured the victim.
