A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving Grandroth freight vehicles B.

On December 12, 2019, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license from the "Hunk-ro", which is the 3-lane located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and neglected to use it on the road, by negligence, the Defendant did not discover the victim C (Nam, 75 years of age) who was walking along the road according to the right side of the road, and caused the victim to use it on the road while driving the said cargo on the front side of the right side of the said cargo, the head, etc. of the victim, and the C (Nam, 75 years of age).
