A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. On September 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) around 09:30 on September 5, 2013, the Defendant driven, without a motorcycle driver’s license, BHJ JJ125T-11A motorcycle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a motorcycle driver’s license, at the same speed of approximately 6 KK from the front day of the Tri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-dong in the same Siri-ri-ri-ri-dong to the front day of the Siri-ri-ri-dong in the same Siri-ri-ri-dong without a motorcycle driver’s license.
