Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 02, 201, around 09:55, the Defendant: (a) boarded the bus bus stops in front of the bus stops in the Southern-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) boarded the bus at the D urban bus belonging to the victim corporation, another passenger transport company, which is driven by C, and was on board the bus without getting off the bus to the members of the Nam-si.
2. On January 4, 2013, at around 11:35, the Defendant: (a) was on the street in front of the Bag-si, the Bag-si, the Hag-si, the Hagwon-si operated by the driver E, the victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., and was on board the F urban bus belonging to the Southern Passenger Transport Co., Ltd., and was on board the car

On January 7, 2013, at around 10:30, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim’s bus bus stops in front of the bus stops in the Southern-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) boarded the victim’s G to the Hwon bus affiliated with the Namwon Passenger Transport Co., Ltd., and was on board the bus free of charge for up to three distances in the Southern-si,

1. At around 11:20, at the end of the Southern City Village bus stops, I was on board a victim corporation, a corporation affiliated with the Southern Passenger Transport Service, and was on board up to 3-distance at the end of the Southern-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with no distance of 1:3 p.m. at the end of the Southern City.
