Purport of claim and appeal

(b).

Reasons

1. The grounds for this part of the underlying facts are as follows, and the relevant part of the reasoning of the first instance judgment shall be cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except for those written or added as follows.
