Defendant
A operated the “DPC room” on the first floor of the building located in Gwangju Northern-gu from September 24, 2015 to March 23, 2016, A provided customers with game products, such as providing them with a computer capable of conducting online games, and allowing them to receive cash from customers and charge them with game money, and directly exchanged 10,000 won in cash per cyber money to customers who use the said game products, and the Defendant B is the customers of the said DPC room.
1. Defendant A received a summary order of KRW 3 million from the Gwangju District Court on October 4, 2016 due to a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act by providing the said altered game water to customers, and exchanged them using the said game water, Defendant A requested a formal trial on or around November 1, 2016 (Seoul District Court Decision 2016Da 1807 decided November 1, 201). In order to assert that there was no fact of exchanging the said game in the said trial, Defendant A had been asked for a false statement to the effect that “Although the communications was a customer in DPC, there was no fact that there was no fact that there was no fact that there was no money exchange to the customer,” Defendant A made a request for a formal trial on or around November 4, 2016.
On February 20, 2017, at around 18:00, the defendant Eul around the house of the defendant Eul located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, a fine of KRW 3,00,000 is the same as the day the defendant Eul operated the PC room and exchanged the customers. The above case is currently in trial.
