A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a bad credit holder, and the Defendant has to pay KRW 700,000 per month to the principal and interest of KRW 20,000 as an individual debt amounting to KRW 20,000,00, and it is difficult to prepare for living expenses. Therefore, even if he borrowed money from the victims, he was able to receive the borrowed money from the victims even though he did not have the intent or ability to do so.

On July 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B, the Defendant stated that “D” restaurant, a dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Defendant’s employee, is “A, need to pay the above restaurant fee. He/she will also pay the monthly rent to the victim B. He/she will also pay the monthly rent. He/she will also pay the monthly rent. He/she will not borrow money to the business owner or other employees.”

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received 300,000 won from the victim’s seat as the borrowed money; and (c) from around that time to Haman on August 2019, the Defendant received KRW 1,50,000,000 as the borrowed money from the victim on five occasions as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table.

As a result, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E, supra, on September 2019.

In the port-based restaurant, the victim E, who is the Dong fee of the above restaurant, reads that “pre-paid is required, f.e., monthly pay, and not speaks that he/she borrowed money to the business owners or other employees.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 300,000 won from the victim as the borrowed money.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

C. On September 16, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, at around 21:00, the above 1. A.

In the restaurants listed in the port, the victim F, who is the Dong of the above restaurant, requires the cost of the siren vehicle.

A monthly payment shall be made.
