On January 4, 2013, at around 02:40 on January 4, 2013, the Defendants acted as if the victims were found in the victim’s house located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Building E, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, 608, and entered the victim’s house and had the victim open a door.
