The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B with a driver's license.

On May 23, 2012, at around 15:18, the Defendant driven the said vehicle within a 200-meter range from 15 meters from 15:00 to 200 meters from 200 meters from 15:18, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.128%.
