1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 59,203,888 and KRW 21,485,404 from February 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to the evidence evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the Korea Standards Bank Co., Ltd. set the interest rate of KRW 41 million on December 18, 2007 to the Defendant at 7.8% per annum (25% per annum per annum) and the due date of repayment on December 18, 2012, and thereafter assigned the principal and interest claim to the Plaintiff on January 20, 2016, and thereafter notified the Defendant thereof at that time. On February 23, 2016, the above leased principal was 21,485,404 won, interest rate of KRW 37,708,484, and interest rate of KRW 59,203,88 won, and its principal and interest rate of KRW 21,485,404 from the due date to the due date of payment on December 20, 2016. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay from the due date of the above loan to the Plaintiff, the assignee of the above claim.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
