1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

On October 15, 2014, the Defendant purchased C-W G37 car in cash from a nameless person who became aware of in the Internet site of “B,” which is an Internet site for ‘B’ transaction of ‘B' a prompt name in the vicinity of the Dong-gu, Busan, Dong-gu, 27, 2014, and did not file an application for ownership transfer registration without justifiable grounds.
