1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2017, at around 00:05, the Defendant brought a dispute with the Defendant’s house located in Busan Southern-gu B (the age of 41) against the Defendant’s wife C (the age of 41), who was dispatched after receiving a report of domestic violence, and returned home first to the Busan Southern Police Station D box with the Defendant.

Since the same day, the Defendant 1 got home with the police officer belonging to the said district group, and knife knife knife knife knife 23 cm (knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
