Punishment of the crime

1. On May 28, 2019, at around 19:50 on May 28, 2019, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 20 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as drinking, cutting a bream on the table of the table, cutting a bream on the table of the body of the victim C, cutting a bream, cutting a bream, and cutting a bream that contains an implicit, cutting a large amount of the partitions, leaving other customers go against the disturbance.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases.

3. 모욕 피고인은 제2항 기재 일시, 장소에서 ‘손님이 음식을 던지고 소리를 지르고 있어서 손님들이 나가고 있다.’라는 내용의 112신고를 받고 출동한 춘천경찰서 D지구대 소속 경장 F가 피고인에게 음식 값을 지불하고 귀가할 것을 요청하자, 식당 손님과 종업원 등 여러 명이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자 F에게 “야, 민간인들은 씨발! 한 번 합시다. 까! 한 번 까봐! 씨발 새끼야!”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

4. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall, while under the influence of alcohol, engage in a riotous or disorderly act by uttering or doing rough words or conducts at a government office;

On May 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender in the D District Unit of the Chuncheon Police Station located in G in Chuncheon-si on May 28, 2019; and (b) was arrested and taken custody of the flagrant offender on the same facts as those described in paragraph (3).
