A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

On February 25, 2016, the Defendant received a proposal from Habman C to take charge of the business of filling and exchanging the gambling sites and managing bulletin boards at the private sports soil site operation office operated in Vietnam, and received KRW 200,000 per month in response to the proposal, and left the Republic of Vietnam as Hab Min-si around the 25th day of the same month.

The Defendant, along with one-person and weak names D, E, F, and G, and H (one-day name I), C, J, and K to operate a private sports soil site. Specifically, the Defendant served as a general manager for the operation of the private sports soil site such as L, M, and N, and the above E to take charge of the overall control over the operation of the sports soil site in the Vietnamese Republic of Korea, to prepare the office and computer, to manage the gambling site, to manage the gambling site, and to produce and manage the above gambling site; to withdraw the operating revenue of the gambling site in cash in the Republic of Korea; to supply the accounts used for the operation of the gambling site; to enable the Defendant, C, J, and K to take charge of the management and operation of the gambling site, and to comply with the customer inquiry of the gambling center, and to participate in the management and operation of the entertainment site and operation of the entertainment site in succession.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with the foregoing C, managed the site of “N”, “M,” etc., a private sports soil site produced by the said F at the operating office located in the operation office located in the area of the Hochi Si of the Vietnam-si from February 26, 2016 to April 11, 2016.
