Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed against Defendant A for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On August 29, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as breathing fat and destroying fats on the floor by bating fats and destroying fats, while she was in dispute as a matter of property distribution between the victim E (the age of 59) and her mother.

B. Around 00:20 on August 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) committed a dispute with the victim’s left head on the part of his/her mother prior to Pyeongtaek-si D, with his/her property distribution on the front of his/her mother. 2.
